- Both yellow and purple sweet potatoes have good cancer prevention properties.
- It is always said that we should not have our dinner late at night. Also, taking late night dinner can increase the chance of stomach cancer.
- I understand your love for eggs. But it is advised to not have more than 4 eggs per week.
- Eating chicken backside can cause stomach cancer. In fact, non-vegetarian food is the root of many diseases.
- Fruits provide a good amount of nutrition. But there’s one thing you need to know about them. Never take them after a meal. Fruits should be eaten before meals.

- Don’t take tea during menstruation period.
- Take less soy milk, no adding sugar or egg to soy milk.
- Don’t eat tomato or onion with an empty stomach. This can cause stomach pain or other stomach related diseases.
- Dinner should be taken at least 2 to 3 hrs before bedtime. It will avoid digestive problems.
- Drink less or no liquor. It has no nutritional properties but instead can cause diabetes and hypertension.
- Do not eat toast bread when it is hot from oven or toaster. Allow it to cool down.
- Do not charge your mobile, smartphone or any device next to you when you are sleeping.
- Don’t drink more than 2 cups of coffee a day. Taking an excessive amount of coffee or tea can cause insomnia and gastric problems.
- Eat less oily food. It takes 5-7 hrs to digest them, thereby, diverting your energy more on digestion. Also, it makes you feel tired.
- Eat less after 5 pm. Regular heavy consumption at evening time or night may cause digestive problems.
- Take the food which makes you happy. This includes banana, grapefruit, spinach, pumpkin, and peach.
- Sleeping less than 6 to 8 hrs a day may deteriorate our brain function. Taking afternoon rest for half an hour may keep our youthful look. If you are in a job where you can’t complete this amount of sleep, then, you may try some exercises, meditation, and pranayama.
- Cooked tomato has better healing properties than the raw tomato.
Some Facts about Water:
- Taking a sufficient amount of water. It can prevent many diseases. Drink 10 glasses of water a day to prevent bladder cancer.
- Water should be consumed more at daytime as compared to night.
- Drink a glass of plain water every morning. This will prevent constipation. Have water half an hour before food to prevent gall bladder stones.

Hot lemon water is a great tonic against cancer. Its intake on a regular basis can prevent cancer. But remember, don’t add sugar. Hot lemon water is more beneficial than cold lemon water.
Hot lemon water can sustain your health and make you live longer. It also gives you a youthful look. Add hot water to 2-3 slices of lemon. Make it a habit to drink it daily.
